Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as Service/Maintenance Manager or Supervisor.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HVAC, EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Experience in maintenance/service within multifamily or property management.
• On-call responsibilities are required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across facilities including HVAC, plumbing, grounds, and electrical.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for renovations and new construction.
• Monitor inventory and approve purchase orders.
• Ensure safety inspections and compliance with codes.
• Lead and develop maintenance team; manage schedules and workloads.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies during on-call periods.
• Ensure grounds and amenities meet company standards.
