Job summary

RR Living seeks a Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a multifamily community in Arkansas. You will manage housekeeping, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, pool operations and electrical systems, while delivering excellent resident service.

You will lead the maintenance team, plan onsite projects, delegate tasks, and coordinate with vendors. Strong leadership and 2–3 years of supervisory experience are required, with HVAC/Plumbing expertise and safety compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in service/maintenance supervision
• Strong leadership and team management required
• Experience in multi-family or property management maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations including housekeeping, grounds, HVAC, appliances and electrical systems
• Lead the maintenance team, assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for renovations, repairs and capital projects; ensure safety inspections are completed
