Job summary

RR Living is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee a broad range of maintenance tasks across Corpus Christi. You will manage make-readies, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, and more while ensuring health, safety, and resident comfort.

You will lead the maintenance team, plan onsite projects, delegate tasks, monitor budgets, and ensure timely completion of work orders to maximize resident satisfaction and property value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years experience as Service/Maintenance Manager or Supervisor.
• HVAC, EPA and CPO certifications are required.
• Experience in property management or multifamily maintenance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• On-call responsibilities for maintenance emergencies.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and city/state codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across Corpus Christi multi-site locations.
• Supervise make-readies, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for renovations.
• Monitor inventory and manage purchases.
• Ensure safety inspections and compliance.
• Train and develop maintenance staff and manage schedules.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly.
