Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the Multifamily Aurora Hills Apartments in Aurora, Colorado. You will prepare move-in ready homes, perform basic repairs, and respond to resident requests with a professional, courteous attitude to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and adherence to safety, fair housing laws, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification preferred.
• Experience with maintenance tasks in residential settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Market Ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as applicable.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities; keep areas safe and clean.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and perform duties as scheduled.
