Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to support resident services and ensure quality move-ins and responsive maintenance across properties in Colorado. You will deliver on commitments to residents and maintain high levels of customer service.

The role covers plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and safety compliance, with on-site duties, potential after-hours calls, and on-site reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II / CPO certification preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and safety standards.
• Perform on-site maintenance as scheduled and participate in on-call duties.
• Adheres to state, local, and federal fair housing laws and company procedures.
