Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• Knowledge of technical skills related to apartment maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the community.
