Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support resident move-ins, respond to service requests, and maintain apartments and common areas. The role requires basic maintenance skills and a focus on quality service for residents.

You will work on Beech’s Farm properties, performing scheduled maintenance and reporting issues to the Maintenance Supervisor, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• Related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 - Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled and follows safety policies.
