Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant, Multifamily, to support residents by delivering quality move-ins, timely maintenance, and attentive service at Beech’s Farm.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical and carpentry, with duties ranging from painting and cleaning to reporting concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor. A valid license and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade/technical certification.
• Experience with maintenance and basic repair tasks.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification or local city certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Market Ready apartments including painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and safety tasks.
• Keep grounds, pools and common areas clean and safe.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Supervisor and perform scheduled duties.
• Deliver superior customer service and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
