NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC seeks a Service Technician to perform general maintenance across community spaces, respond to on-call requests, and ensure timely repairs in occupied units. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction and safety while maintaining common areas in pristine condition.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, HVAC/R certification preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support by performing general maintenance duties in common areas.
• Available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Ensures timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments, in line with standards.
• Oversees all aspects of property maintenance, prioritizing resident satisfaction.
• Participates in preventive maintenance programs and repairs mechanical systems.
• Maintains cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Adheres to all safety protocols while completing tasks.
• Provides courteous, 5-star service to residents.
