New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support community operations, perform general maintenance, and respond to service requests in occupied apartments. The role requires flexibility for weekends and emergency calls, with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, HVAC/R certification preferred, and proven ability to coordinate with supervisors, residents, and vendors.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Proven leader with strong customer service.
• Self-motivated with time management skills.
• Problem solver in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.
• Proficient in English; bilinguals encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance in common areas.
• On-call as needed, including emergencies.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments per standards.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical systems and grounds.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks.
• Deliver courteous, 5-star resident service.
