You will handle plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and seasonal tasks, while ensuring safe, clean properties. On-call duties may apply and adherence to safety policies is required.

The role emphasizes reliable on-site attendance, timely maintenance, and delivering professional service to residents across properties within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, repairs and cleaning to ensure quality move-in experience.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities in safe condition.
• Possess knowledge of safety and fair housing laws and participate in required training.

EPA 608 Type II

CPO or local city certificate
