Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Regionally relevant certifications (eg, EPA 608, Boiler) obtained within 9 months.
• Training completed within one year of hire/promotion.
• Valid state driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for property and resident services.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVA, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions and reliability.
