Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a Fort Worth property. You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and help manage move-ins and paperwork.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, supporting social media presence, and ensuring a positive resident experience. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects professionally and assist with applications and deposits according to procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare for move-ins, and obtain signatures on paperwork.
