Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) seeks a skilled community manager to lead a small portfolio of communities. You will guide operations, budgets, and governance, while developing management approaches and teams for new communities under declarant control.

Qualifications

• CMCA credential and three years of progressive experience in Association management.
• Knowledge of laws and guidelines governing community associations and governing documents.
• Ability to work with diverse boards and CCMC team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, management, association direction, and maintenance of assets.
• Utilize staff and vendor resources to execute board directives and community goals.
• Advise the board for long-term planning, goal setting, and policymaking guidance.
• Create and monitor operating and reserve budgets, and prepare variance reports.
• Supervise and develop site staff; build connections within the community.
