Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of an HOA-driven community. You will oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring compliance with governing documents and financial transparency.

The role emphasizes building relationships with residents, board members, and staff; developing teams; guiding strategic planning; managing budgets and risk programs; and engaging residents through meetings and inclusive

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government).
• Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field (highly preferred).
• CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and listen to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and risk management is expected.

• Drive Community Initiatives: Lead daily operations and align goals with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build connections with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives.
• Maintain Risk Management Compliance: Develop and execute risk programs and long-term planning.
• Develop & Motivate Teams: Lead onsite team, focus on delegation and performance development.
• Guide Strategic Decisions: Advise the board on long-term planning and policy decisions.
• Engage the Community: Facilitate resident meetings and promote inclusion and participation.
