Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a qualified leader to oversee a select set of communities and evolve the management approach as new communities come under declarant control. The role is highly visible and vital to client relationships, driving resident experience and operational excellence.

Applicants should hold a CMCA credential with at least three years of progressive association management experience.

Qualifications

• CMCA credential and three years of progressive experience in Association management.
• Knowledge of amenity management and service expectations of vendors is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse boards and CCMC team members.
• Extensive knowledge of laws and guidelines governing community associations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a key community leadership role to enhance the resident experience.
• Oversee daily operations, management, association direction, and maintenance of assets.
• Utilize staff and vendor resources to execute board directives and community goals.
• Retain the community vision through CC&Rs and design review.
• Serve as an advisor to the board for long-term planning, goalsetting, and policymaking guidance.
• Create, administer, and monitor operating and reserve budgets, and prepare variance reports.
• Supervise, develop, and motivate current or future site staff.
• Build connections and opportunities that maintain a true sense of community.
