Job summary

E80 Group is seeking a Resident Operational Engineer to manage and coordinate daily activities in our Atlanta support plants. The role splits 50% hands-on with equipment and 50% supervision of E80 staff and customer teams to maximize customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate resource allocation, scheduling, and compliance, while ensuring safe operation of E80 systems and adherence to standards. Atlanta base with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent maintenance-management experience will be considered.
• 2+ years in material handling, packaging equipment, robotics, and palletizing for customer service.
• Strong technical background with PLC, PC, LGV, EM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer service-related aspects such as asset and system performance, ticket resolution, spare parts inventory management and overall service delivery.
• Organizes and Manages periodic technological updates sessions to inform and train customer personnel and managers on E80 technologies.
• Participates in periodical operational and management meetings with Customer's staff.
• Prepare and share with customer quotes for parts and interventions and coordinate PO issuance to E80 team.
