Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in material handling, robotics, or palletizing industries essential for customer service.
• Technical knowledge of E80 products (PLC, LGV, EM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for asset and system performance and ticket resolution.
• Organize periodic tech updates and train customer personnel on solutions.
• Participate in client operational and management meetings with customer staff.
• Prepare quotes for parts and interventions; request POs from customers.
