Job summary

Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, Florida is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Concierge to enhance residents' experience and support admissions and discharges. This full-time role offers a daytime shift 11am-7:30pm with a salary of $18–$23 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Admissions and Nursing teams to prepare for admissions.
• Check and ready rooms and equipment for new residents.
• Greet residents and escort them to their rooms.
• Answer call bells and ensure resident needs are met.
• Receive and report grievances through the appropriate process.
• Provide tours and assist during admissions and discharge transitions.
• Coordinate with laundry and distribute discharge items.
• Email daily progress reports to administration.
