UDR, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Resident Service Specialist for Crown Pointe in Renton, WA, responsible for a seamless move-in experience and an enhanced resident lifestyle across four communities in Renton and Seattle.

You will coordinate move-ins, handle resident inquiries, and oversee daily property operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of community care.

Qualifications

• Multi-family and/or hospitality operations experience.
• Experience working in an office setting.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientations and ensure smooth onboarding for new residents.
• Use OneSite CRM and manage resident communications, service requests, and documentation.
• Address walk-in inquiries, concerns, and follow up with the Resident Service Manager or Community Director.
