UDR, Inc. is seeking a Resident Service Specialist in Renton, WA to ensure a seamless move-in experience and enhanced resident lifestyle across four communities.

The role emphasizes move-in orientations, resident communications, and responsive service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins, managing CRM-based resident relations, and conducting daily property checks to maintain standards, while supporting the Resident Service Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family or hospitality operations.
• Experience working in an office setting.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Move-In Coordination: conduct move-in orientations by appointment and follow up with new residents within seven days.
• OneSite responsibilities: scan move-in documents and oversee pending tasks.
• Customer Service Administration: guide walk-ins, handle concerns, respond to communications within guidelines.
• Property Condition oversight: inspect move-in apartments and amenities for standards and condition.
• Back-Up coverage: greet visitors, prepare reports and memos as directed, compile market summaries.
• Perform Resident Service Manager duties in absence of the Resident Service Manager.
