Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Resident Service Specialist to support two sister properties, Carriage Homes at Wyndham (Glen Allen) and Gayton Pointe (Richmond).

You will coordinate move-ins, respond to resident concerns, and help maintain high customer service standards. Responsibilities include supervising Onesite tasks, guiding walk-ins, organizing packages, and collaborating with leasing and renewal teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of office experience with property operations preferred.
• Experience in residential properties or rental operations preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientations and follow up with new residents.
• Scan move-in documents into Onesite and manage pending tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident inquiries within guidelines.
• Organize incoming packages and support leasing/renewal teams.
• Use CRM to manage resident relations and service requests.
