Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Resident Service Specialist for Residences at Lake Merritt in Oakland, CA.

You will ensure a seamless move-in experience and enhance residents' lifestyle during their stay, handling move-in coordination and daily resident interactions with a focus on exceptional service. Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins, managing OneSite documents, guiding walk-ins, addressing resident concerns, and supporting the Resident Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family or hospitality operations is required.
• Experience working in an office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move-In Coordination: conduct move-in orientations by appointment and follow up with new residents within seven days.
• OneSite Responsibilities: scan move-in documents into OneSite.
• Customer Service Administration: guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident communications within established time guidelines.
• Property Condition Oversight: inspect move-in apartments and amenities, address deficiencies, and ensure high standards.
• Back-Up coverage: greet visitors, prepare reports and correspondence, and assist the Resident Services Manager as needed.
