Job summary

UDR is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate move-in activities, respond to resident service issues, and maintain high customer service standards across the community. You will manage move-in orientations, oversee Onesite processes, and support leasing and renewal teams to meet community goals.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving, with daily interaction with residents, managers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations is preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license unless otherwise noted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in with new residents and conduct move-in orientations by appointment.
• Oversee Onesite responsibilities and track required documents.
• Manage resident communications via voicemails, texts, emails, and other channels within established timeframes.
• Assist leasing and renewal teams to meet occupancy and renewal goals.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Resident Services Manager or Community Director.
