Job summary

UDR, Inc. in Oakland, CA, seeks a Resident Service Specialist to deliver an exceptional living experience at Residences at Lake Merritt. You will guide move-ins, coordinate with the on-site team, and resolve resident requests with a customer-first approach.

As a key point of contact, you’ll handle walk-ins, manage communications, and support daily operations for a 173-home community. A high school diploma or associate degree is preferred, with hospitality or multi-family experience valued.

Qualifications

• Multi-family or hospitality operations experience.
• Experience working in an office setting.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide move-ins and ensure orientation is conducted by appointment.
• Oversee OneSite tasks and manage resident communications.
• Respond to walk-ins and resident inquiries within established timeframes.
• Maintain clean, organized moves and coordinate with the service team.
