Job summary

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle resident issues and coordinate events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident functions and orient new residents to the property.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter with events and ads.
• Handle resident issues and maintenance requests, and prepare incident reports.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals and manage related fees and guest amenities.
• Process work orders and verify completion with residents.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
