Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience preferred.

• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Ability to greet customers and manage inquiries via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, prospects, residents, and vendors at the office.
• Provide courteous and prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Ensure apartments are ready to show daily and for upcoming move-ins.
• Coordinate events and social media marketing.
• Manage package room and maintain communications with residents and vendors.
