Job summary

Birge & Held is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support prospective and current residents at our Granger, IN community. You will be the first on-site contact, building relationships, sharing leasing options, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the use of property management software such as Onesite or Yardi to manage records and reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, sales, or customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with property management software and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents and provide information on units and amenities.
• Understand needs and match prospects to suitable units and options.
• Resolve resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance, billing, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with central operations in screening, renewals, and AR processes.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and support community events.
