Job summary

UDR seeks a Resident Service Specialist at Legacy Village in Plano, TX to coordinate resident services, move-ins, and concierge-type support. You will ensure timely responses to resident needs and maintain impeccable customer service within the community.

Responsibilities include move-in orientation, onboarding, customer communications, and collaboration with leasing and renewal teams to meet community goals. A valid driver’s license and office experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years of office experience required.
• Two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, or related business preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to resident service issues and follow up on move-in satisfaction.
• Perform move-in coordination and Onsite responsibilities with CRM usage.
• Guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident concerns within established time guidelines.
• Coordinate with Business Manager and Renewal teams to support leasing and renewal goals.
• Maintain property and resident communications; utilize Onesite for reporting and tasks.
