Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of office experience required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation for new residents.
• Oversee Onesite tasks and documentation.
• Guide walk-in traffic and minimize wait time; respond to voicemails, texts, emails within established guidelines.
• Organize incoming packages and support leasing/renewal teams to meet goals.
• Utilize CRM to manage resident relations and service requests.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
