Job summary

UDR is seeking a Resident Service Specialist at Legacy Village in Plano, TX to coordinate move-in activities, respond to resident needs, and maintain high standards of customer service across the community.

The role involves administering move-in orientation, using Onesite and CRM systems, supporting leasing and renewal teams, and ensuring timely communication with residents, prospects, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience required.
• Minimum of Two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation and follow-up with new residents.
• Scan and organize move-in documents and oversee tasks in Onesite.
• Handle walk-in resident concerns and respond via channels within established guidelines.
• Collaborate with Business Manager, Centralized Admin, Centralized Sales and Renewal teams to meet leasing goals.
• Use CRM to manage resident relations and service requests.
• Perform reports, memos and resident correspondence as directed.
