Job summary

UDR in Frisco, TX is seeking a Resident Service Specialist to coordinate move-in processes, manage resident communications, and support daily property operations. You will work closely with Community Directors and the Resident Services Manager to ensure high-quality service and timely responses.

Responsibilities include walk-in support, package handling, and collaboration with the Business Manager and Renewal teams to meet leasing goals, using Onesite and MS Office to track and resolve resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of office experience required.
• Two years’ experience in residential properties or related operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required unless noted otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation for new residents and follow up within seven days of move-in.
• Scan move-in documents into Onesite and oversee Pending Tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic, address resident concerns, and respond to voicemails, texts and emails within guidelines.
• Organize incoming packages and support leasing and renewal goals with related teams.
• Conduct daily property checks of amenities and move-in ready apartments to ensure standards.
