Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Associate degree in business administration.
• Minimum two years of office experience.
• Experience in residential property operations preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation and follow up for satisfaction.
• Scan move-in documents into Onesite and oversee pending tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic, respond to resident inquiries, and coordinate with managers.
• Utilize CRM to manage resident relations and service requests.
• Perform property condition inspections and back-up coverage as needed.
