Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Resident Service Specialist for the Cool Springs community in Frisco, TX. You will coordinate move-in orientation, address resident concerns, and support leasing and renewal teams to deliver outstanding service.

As part of the Onsite team, you will manage resident communications via CRM and OneSite, assist with packages, and ensure high quality service while upholding company policies and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in residential properties or rental operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation and follow up with new residents.
• Oversee Onesite documentation and administrative tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic and handle resident concerns with timely responses.
• Use CRM to manage resident relations and service requests.
• Assist with packages, reports, and coordination with leasing teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain company policies.
