Job summary

Qualifications

• Possesses a High School diploma or GED.
• Have a minimum of 1-year experience in the customer service field.
• Demonstrates a genuine desire to work with the population served.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift briefing with other staff on shift to review pertinent tenant information and duties.
• Ensure the home is neat and tidy; perform light housekeeping and tasks as described.
• Facilitate activities such as game nights, movie nights, art activities and nature walks.
• Transport tenants to appointments, outings, or shopping trips when necessary.
• Remain in the center of the home so tenants know where to find staff when assistance is needed.
• Provide high level of customer service for tenants and assist with tasks as needed.
