Job summary

Sentral is hiring an Experience Associate to be the first point of contact for guests and residents at an on-site property in California. You will deliver warm, proactive service, manage guest inquiries, and support daily team operations while upholding Sentral’s standards for safety and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with residents, guests, team, management and vendors in person, by phone or email/text.
• Computer savvy with capacity to learn multiple software systems.
• Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and follow up with a sense of urgency.
• Active listening, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and initiative-driven team player.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s value of excellence in customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests so they always feel loved.
• Handle property assets and guest information per Sentral standards and procedures.
• Greet residents and guests with a service-oriented attitude and willingness-to-serve.
• Respond to resident and guest inquiries; assist with reservation requests and special requests.
• Assist with scheduling of the Experience team when needed.
• Create “Surprise and Delight” moments for residents and guests.
• Learn and train others on community software such as Yardi and Stayntouch.
• Be an ambassador for the city and local community with recommendations.
• Manage building access for guests, residents, and vendors using key systems.
• Monitor amenity spaces and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist Experience Manager with meetings, onboarding and training new staff.
• Support safety procedures and compliance with local, city and federal regulations.
• Perform administrative duties and participate in special projects.
