Job summary

You will handle scheduling, attendance tracking in the EHR, and ensure safety protocols with sign-in/out and ID badges. The position is full-time and on-site with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing administrative role.
• Experience with frail or elderly in a volunteer or professional capacity preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations and excellent communication.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen visitors; direct to appropriate staff and programs.
• Answer and screen main phone line; coordinate interpreter services as needed.
• Schedule and track daily attendance in the EHR system.
• Ensure sign-in/out and ID badges per safety protocols.
• Support center staff and IDT with administrative tasks as requested.
• Coordinate office supplies and assist with safety drills and facility maintenance.
