Job summary

The Meadowglade in Moorpark, CA is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to deliver exceptional client service in a residential care setting. You will support adults living on site, handle light housekeeping, and drive the 11-passenger van as needed, ensuring safety and clear communication with your supervisor.

This hourly role, weekend night shifts 10:30pm–7am, offers meaningful work aiding individuals addressing mental health and recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality or a related position.
• Genuine interest in working with the populations served.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check.
• Comfort driving an 11-passenger van for outings and appointments.
• Dependability and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry objects (up to 25 lbs) and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to adults living on the property.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with daily activities.
• Drive the van for shopping trips, transport, and appointments.
• Observe and report client interactions as required to supervisors.
• Support a friendly, professional environment in a residential care setting.
