Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Fair Housing guidelines, policies, and leasing documents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate computer technology skills and MS Office proficiency
• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident requests and concerns.
• Provide effective customer service to residents and property staff using property knowledge.
• Assist with planning and executing resident activities and events.
• Maintain accurate resident records and manage communications.
• Handle general office duties: phones, emails, mail, and correspondence.
• Support Renewal Specialist with renewal activities when applicable.
