Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident requests and concerns.
• Provide effective customer service to residents and property staff by using knowledge of the property.
• Assist with planning and implementation of special functions and resident activities.
• Communicate with residents regarding needs and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain accurate resident records including contact information and correspondence.
• General office duties include answering phones, emails, and managing incoming mail.
