Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Services Specialist in Houston to professionally handle inquiries from residents, board members, managers, and vendors, resolving questions, billing issues, and service requests. You will document interactions, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain timely communications to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service, an associate degree in business or a related field, and proficiency with Windows/Microsoft

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a service industry setting.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel, etc.).
• Real estate experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming requests from residents, board members, vendors, managers, and regional directors and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with property managers, regional directors, internal departments, and associates to resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Document resolutions in the appropriate systems and applications.
• Resolve all open inquiries within prescribed timelines while meeting KPIs.
• Glean information from residents and vendors, access accounts, educate customers to prevent future contacts, and document interactions.
