Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to provide residents, board members, managers, and vendors with information and assistance on products and services. You will resolve account questions, complaints, errors, and billing while documenting interactions in our systems.

In this role, you will work with property managers and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions, coordinate move-ins/outs, clubhouse reservations, and scheduling of inspections, while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a service industry setting.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel).
• Real estate experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests from residents, board members, vendors, managers and regional directors.
• Collaborate with property managers and internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Document interactions in the appropriate systems.
• Manage tickets and follow up to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate move in/out, reservations, inspections, and other duties as assigned.
