Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and orient residents to the property; assists with utility set-up and package deliveries.
• Develops and publishes a property newsletter with planned events, resident services, and advertisements.
• Handles resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reports.
• Schedules activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintains the contract on any such rental, and coordinates guest amenities.
• Processes work orders for the maintenance department and verifies resident satisfaction with completed work.
• Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and alerts maintenance to needed repairs.
