Greystar’s Pines of Woodforest in Houston seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver excellent customer service to residents and staff. You will help plan resident activities, manage newsletters, and resolve issues while supporting property staff.

The role involves coordinating rentals, processing work orders, and inspecting property safety and cleanliness to ensure a quality living experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness; report needs.
