Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Background in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office expected.

Responsibilities

• Enhance resident experience and retention by addressing concerns and managing communications.
• Lead leasing presentations and ensure accurate move-in documentation.
• Oversee move-out inspections and renewal processes with accurate billing.
• Maintain data in the property management system and generate performance reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and support accounting for delinquency and statements.
