Job summary

Greystar is hiring an Experience Manager on-site to drive resident satisfaction and retention. You will lead the experience team, coordinate lease renewals, and ensure a welcoming move-in process while aligning with policy standards.

You will oversee leasing activities, respond promptly to resident needs, and guide marketing efforts to maintain occupancy. The role features robust benefits and potential bonus eligibility based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Creates an environment of openness and cooperation to achieve resident satisfaction and retention goals by sponsoring activities and events.
• Oversees the lease renewal program and manages communications for renewals and move-outs.
• Provides an exceptional move-in experience welcoming residents according to policies.
• Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns, complaints, questions, and requests.
• Supervises the community’s experience team, hiring and developing staff.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in the absence of the community manager and coordinates maintenance tasks.
• Directs marketing and advertising activities, ensuring inventory of ready apartments.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and monitor market conditions.
• Develops print and internet advertising strategies to promote the community.
