Job summary

2B Residential in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead daily operations, drive occupancy, and ensure an exceptional resident experience.

As part of the team you will oversee budgets, mentor staff, manage vendor relations, and implement retention and marketing programs to grow community success. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years property management experience.
• High School diploma required, and college degree preferred and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team leadership of the community.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring residents receive an outstanding living experience.
• Approves all applications, discounts and renewal leases, and signs all leases
• Maintains budgeted occupancy levels, budgeted rental rates and other property goals
• Prepares, analyzes and evaluates property status reports and financial statements
• Manages vendor selection and vendor relations
• Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
• Develops and implements resident retention, marketing and advertising programs
• Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts maintenance to items that need to be repaired
