Invitation Homes in Chandler, AZ seeks a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver high-level resident service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle property issues, process PHA applications, and manage delinquency calls while maintaining a positive resident experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and proven Property Management or customer service experience, with strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience in Property Management administration or customer service
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; experience with property management software helpful
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, and calm demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a courteous, professional manner
• Handle property issues and conduct general property condition assessments
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails for a smooth move-in
• Assist in processing Public Housing Agency applications and communications with the Housing Authority
• Make outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and address HOA violations
• Review and manage action items on the project/task list
