Job summary

Invitation Homes in Chandler, AZ seeks a Specialist, Resident Recovery to support centralized property management. The role focuses on accounts receivable, lease compliance, and eviction activities with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory adherence.

You will handle resident calls, coordinate with market teams, and document interactions in Salesforce to ensure a consistent, compliant resident experience across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service and/or AR/property management experience.
• Knowledge of eviction timelines and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Proficient with IT platforms and ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident accounts receivable activities including payment posting and delinquency resolution.
• Coordinate and execute eviction-related activities following lease terms and laws.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain ledger accuracy.
• Collaborate with local teams and centralized partners to resolve AR issues.
