Job summary

Bryten in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Leasing Consultant who welcomes prospective and current residents, presents apartment homes, and guides applicants from inquiry to move-in.

You’ll handle applications, renewals, respond to questions, coordinate with maintenance, support marketing efforts, and uphold Fair Housing and company policies. A high school diploma is required; relevant experience is preferred; proficiency with MS Office and property management software is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist throughout leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Respond to questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through exceptional service and outreach.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high community standards.
• Assist marketing efforts to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and policies.
